Bistro Des Artistes – Inaugural Wine Dinner
On Friday, 8th June 2012, a small, exclusive group of food and wine lovers gathered for the inaugural dinner of Bistro Des Artistes in Subiaco, Western Australia to experience the result of a culinary marriage between Alain Fabregues and Emmanuel Mollois and a sneak-peek of the 2010 vintage of the Marchand & Burch wines. Bistro Des Artistes has brought Modern French cuisine to the forefront in Perth and the specially crafted menu for the Marchand & Burch wines certainly impressed our guests.
