Renowned Australian Wine Writer Huon Hooke, who writes for publications such as The Sydney Morning Herald, Gourmet Traveller Wine Magazine, Decanter and The World of Fine Wine, has named the 2014 Marchand & Burch Porongurup Chardonnay in his list of ‘Top 25 wines of 2015′.

Huon reviewed the wine, saying:
“Light, bright yellow colour with a dairy-like aroma, creamy and possibly malo influenced. The acidity is bracingly high and refreshing, the palate taut and very lively, vivacious and tangy, ultra-long and super-fine. A superb cool-climate chardonnay. Very powerful, and the length is incredible. It will age very well, too.”
97 Points
