The friendship between Jeff and Pascal has opened doors to the great vineyards of Burgundy, spanning all appellations from Bourgogne to Grand Cru. Old vines from Pascal’s Domaine are biodynamically farmed and ploughed by horse, while grower vineyards are managed carefully and sustainably. The collection ranges through sparkling Cremant, Chablis, Côte D’or Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and Cru Beaujolais.
