On Friday, 8th June 2012, a small, exclusive group of food and wine lovers gathered for the inaugural dinner of Bistro Des Artistes in Subiaco, Western Australia to experience the result of a culinary marriage between Alain Fabregues and Emmanuel Mollois and a sneak-peek of the 2010 vintage of the Marchand & Burch wines. Bistro Des Artistes has brought Modern French cuisine to the forefront in Perth and the specially crafted menu for the Marchand & Burch wines certainly impressed our guests.
Marchand & Burch partnership; Pascal Marchand and Jeff Burch guided their guests through the wines as they enjoyed the four course menu:
THE CHARCUTERIE BOARD

LA BLANQUETTE DE VEAU A’LANCIENNE

and served with a classic rice pilaf.
