When two men met in a small village in France in the Burgundy wine region, they were instantly connected through their passion for Pinot Noir. This friendship has bloomed into a partnership producing a collection of both Fine West Australian and Burgundian wines, Marchand & Burch.
With Pascal based in Burgundy, it is with pleasure that Burch Family Wines announces his return to Australia, celebrating his visit with an intimate dinner at P’tite Ardoise Bistro, Perth.
Pascal rarely visits Australia, and this is a highly unique opportunity for guests to hear interesting stories about his winemaking in Burgundy, exciting new projects and to taste some exceptional wines from our French and Australian Marchand & Burch Collections. You’ll enjoy an exquisite three course meal and canapés, and wines including the in the 2008 Marchand & Burch Vosne-Romanee in the intimate surrounds of P’tite Ardoise.
Along with Pascal is the opportunity to meet our new Brand Winemaker, Paul Boulden. Paul is a highly respected member of Western Australia’s wine industry and has made wine for some of Australia’s most loved wineries.
